I love Dr. Bryce and Angela! They saved my life and my sanity! When I came to them I had been recently diagnosed with high blood pressure, high cholesterol, and was pre-diabetic. After working with them for three months, I'm no longer on blood pressure meds, my cholesterol is normal, and my blood sugar is down to a healthier range. I made an appointment with Bryce and Angela out of frustration from not being able to lose weight. I thought it was impossible to lose 10 lbs. I was completely wrong, I have lost over 15 lbs in a fairly quick amount of time, and gained self-esteem, confidence, and energy. I started the program with a mentality of trying to achieve “beauty standards” but gained healthy lifestyle guidelines and overall wellness. Angela and Dr. Bryce have given me an opportunity to live a healthy, new life. They provide several excellent services (e.g., weekly meetings, 3D body scans, meal plans, workout routines, and food/workout adjustments when necessary). They worked with me and my not-so-good food/exercise habits and helped me make healthy choices that I could actually commit to long term. SciFit is an excellent place to learn about weight loss from an educational standpoint. In my opinion, when you are aware of the “how” and “why” your body responds to the food you eat, you are more prone to make better choices to elicit consistent weight loss over time. Dr. Bryce is a very very straightforward guy and keeps it very real with you. He knows what he is doing and has excellent foresight on the projected direction of your weight loss based on the results he sees each week. For me, this is exactly what I needed to propel me into the mental state required in order to be successful. The other crucial part of this dynamic team is Angela. She is a really sweet person and gives you just the right amount of positive reinforcement you need to tackle the next week. She helped me explore my diet in a way that would satisfy my taste buds but not hinder my weight loss success!

Dr. Bryce and Angela are amazing. They are thoughtful, compassionate, helpful, and know what they are talking about.They definitely practice what they preach too. I walked in and told them I was a hard case because my body is stubborn and my metabolism is messed up. They not only reassured me but walked me through everything step-by-step. I've tried literally everything from keto to beachbody with little to no success. Now, for the first time since High School (2002), I am able to fit into my favorite pair of Jeans. Admittedly, they are WAY out of style but that's besides the point! I lost over 25 lbs and counting. With other programs, I couldn't even hit the 10 lbs mark, and let alone keep it off. After having babies, I struggled with a busy schedule and exhaustion getting in the way of my pre-baby weight goal and general overall fitness. I could lose a few pounds here or there but could not drop the 15-20 I had put on with two back to back pregnancies. SciFit helped me achieve those goals and so much more! Not only did I meet the goals I set out to accomplish, I learned how to maintain and live a healthier lifestyle. I now have the tools and knowledge to analyze my habits to ensure I stay where I want to be or lose if I gain a few on a vacation or busy time. My partner and I have been super impressed since day one with Dr. Bryce and Angela and the SciFit method. Their combination of advanced technology, knowledge, and compassion is a winning recipe to get the results that you want.We started off training for our first marathon and needed help with fueling our runs and overall nutrition. They made weekly adjustments for us after utilizing the scans and listening to our feedback. After several months of training, the final race day was smooth sailing by following their plan. Afterwards, we started transitioning to a different diet for our upcoming wedding and our normal styles of workout. They were right there with us to help educate and analyze our new approach and get us on track.

Life Changing! For the past 20+ years, my belief was I could not lose weight or return to exercise because of my medical conditions and medications. My weight gain bothered me and started interfering with my life. When I asked my healthcare provider for a recommended weight loss program, I got the typical answers, and he pointed me to programs that require prescriptions, injections, and have you eat their processed meals. They don’t teach you how to do it the right way and maintain it. I am thankful I did my own research and found the SciFit Center. Dr. Bryce and Angela sought to know me and understand my habits. From there, they put a plan together specifically for me. I learned so much about nutrition and the right combination of foods to eat. They were patient with me, made adjustments/suggestions along the way and did not make me feel judged. I found that if I followed their advice it made a huge impact. I dropped 40 lbs and had noticeable changes in my physical health and I am able to exercise again!

I walked into SciFit Center two days after being diagnosed with a thyroid autoimmune disease. The medication I was put on was supposed to make me gain anywhere from 20-30lbs. Needless to say, I was feeling pretty down and defeated when I walked through their door. I knew I had to start taking control before it was too late. All my previous attempts at weight loss had failed, so I knew I needed to find someone who could help me. Dr. Bryce and Angela were the perfect people to help me. Both of them have the real education and experience that I was looking for. If you are reading these reviews it’s probably because you have already tried everything that’s out there (shakes, Jenny Craig, Weight Watchers, Keto, plant based, juicing detox, paleo, etc.) Believe me, I tried them, but none of them were sustainable. At SciFit you will learn about calories, macros, exercise, and how you can still enjoy your favorite foods without feeling guilty. If you meet with Dr. Bryce and Angela, it will be one of the best decisions of your life. All the progress you make and everything you learn you will be able to take with you and apply to your everyday life. I promise you will not regret it. Oh, and in case you are wondering, I did not gain the 20-30lbs the medication was supposed to cause… I actually lost 10!
